About The Wendie Easy Zipper Purse:

“Wendie” is a perfect and easy beginner zipper purse to make and great to carry your phone in, with two extra pockets that fits your credit cards, lipstick and cash easily. It is made with two different fabrics (you can use a sturdy fabric, cork, leather or vinyl) and features a decorative center panel both at the front and the back.The top closure is a zipper with a decorative zipper pull strap. The bag features an easy to make zipper pocket on the back. You can make it into a crossbody bag with an adjustable cross body strap, or make it into a wristlet. Both versions are described in the instructions. The inside lining features a zipper pocket on one side.  There are rivets on the strap and the zipper pull strap. I have made these bags with fabric, cork, vinyl, and waterproof canvas.

There are three files to download after you have bought this easy zipper purse pattern. The page with the links pops up in a new window right after you have paid. You just go back to the previous page to click on the next link, and then the next. It should be really easy. You will also receive an email with the links to the easy zipper purse pattern and instructions to your email inbox. If you don’t, please check your spam folder. One file is the wallet pattern file, which you have to print out. The other two are instructions for how to sew it.  One version has no photos for cheaper printing, and the other contains photos that you can look at on your I-pad or computer while you are sewing your bag and following along. The easy zipper purse pattern pieces are color-coded according to the fabrics you use, and there are labels you can cut out to pin to the pieces of fabric you have cut. There is also a material list, telling you what you need of fabrics and hardware to make this bag. There is a cutting list as well, to tell you how many of each piece you need to cut, and in which fabric.
