Cheng Sau was the most famous and feared Chinese female pirate in history. She was the terror of the South China Sea and was leading 500 men in the early 1800’s. No doubt she was the most powerful female pirate in history.
About The Shoulder Bag:
This shoulder bag pattern features 2 vertical zippers and a pocket in the front. The zippers have bindings on each side and the zipper pulls are decorated with one tassel each, which makes the zipper in the pocket easier to open. This is a bag for bag makers with intermediate skills. It is fully lined with a zipper pocket on the inside and a slip pocket. The gusset gives this shoulder bag a lot of room. The wide shoulder strap is made up of two different fabrics and adds a decorative touch to the bag. The large rings that connects the shoulder straps to the bag are also decorative elements. I have actually used metal curtain rings, and just took the clip off it.
